haha. You know you are a pricescoper when...you create power point presentations for your custom work detailing every anal minute point LOL!!! I would so totally do this!

I know how to do power point but I don''t know how on earth I''d do it for a presentation on making a diamond! I printed my pics out and brought clay and pipecleaners LOL

BTW my new designer said something I loved - she said, "be as picky about the details as you can be, because in something this small there is nothing BUT details!" I think about that when we''re discussing .5mm increments like they were .5miles LOL!

I got idea from Virginia who sent Quest a PP presentation for her setting. The minute I get a sec here I''m going to put one togther for the pave setting I have in mind. Don''t you worry none!

Is it bad that I carry a CD with the PP presentation on it in my car at all times? In case I run across a good jeweler?

I was going to use greenlake and I''d still highly recommend them - they are exquisite! but I''m using a local jeweler... I really am better off having someone I can talk to with my hands while I draw in front of them on papers of printouts and molding clay and bending pipe cleaners LOL

BTW can you attach your ppp to a post or no? I''d get a real kick out of that!!!

I''m really surpised that you''ve decided against the baguette halo design on Joe Escobar''s site.

What made you switch to pave?? Cost??

isaku...gypsy is still considering the baguette halo, but i think she wants to get options for both pave and baguette to compare.

My local master jeweler offered the knox Baguette halo with princess/baguette band custom made for a bigger diamond for 2200, He cuts each baguette to fit the next for security. It makes the asscher look phenomenal and isn''t masculine due to the dainty band. I wouldn''t give up the dream

Hi Isaku:
As Mara said-- the baguette halo isn''t out of the picture. But with the wedding and now the MOVING expenses... I can''t justify the extra dollars the baguette halo is going to cost me. And FI wants this reset done before the wedding. If I get a permanent offer from this company on or before December 1st then I will be getting this reset. So I want to know what my options are for cost and design. That''s what''s going on.
