I always resize in Microsoft Paint - just open it in that program, and resize. I usually go down to 25% of the original and it seems to do the trick!

Otherwise upload them to photobucket and you can resize from there pretty easily.
 
NOTE: admin...please let her email them...there are a lot of angry PSers waiting for pics

Amazing how streamlined and symmetrical the baguettes are to the setting and the asscher. Thats a very high quality job there...
