Bad "cloudy" or typical strong fluorescence?

I'd have to get the GIA cert out of the safe, but I believe so

Ah, OK. Just curious. I mean, the clouds don't look all that bad. If it wasn't next to your ACA without clouds I don't think I would even notice, but when comparing the two it is slightly noticeable.

I trust GOG more than Beyond4Cs:

Many consumers are told negative things about fluorescence that simply aren't true 99% of the time. Many jewelers will tell consumers that diamonds with fluorescence tend to always have a chalky/oily/milky appearance that reduces the beauty and value of diamond. While it true that fluorescence can reduce the value sometimes the fact of the matter is that the negative oily/milky appearance exists in so few diamonds with fluorescence that when GIA conducted it's study on this very topic and found that consumers actually preferred diamond with fluorescence in both white and warm colors than without out and in the roughly 26,000 diamonds they used in their study, not enough could be acquired with the negative appearance.

That said, go compare your diamond to a T&C one and report back! (too bad you won't be able to take one outside into the sun)

Will do!

Very strong blue fluor vs none under the sun.IMG_2884.JPG IMG_2895.JPG

I am definitely biased because I love blue fluorescence more than many other diamond attributes, but I think people don’t realize that diamonds look really crappy under bright sunlight. Those with blue fluoro actually look much prettier, as yours does! My non fluoro diamonds turn kind of black in full sun so the blue while maybe not as bright as better lighting, is a huge improvement. I feel like the industry got it wrong and strong blue should be the absolute premium in a diamond. Also, I’ve never heard of anyone actually seeing a diamond hazy from the fluoro, seems kind of like rumor to me. But as I said, totally biased!
