ballpark on a Leon Merge solitaire w/micro pave?

I finally got a stone (1.096 round) and I'm looking around for settings. I really love some of the Leon Merge w/micro pave and they have a great reputation around here but I have heard there is (rightfully) quite a price premium on his stuff. Before I bother filling out a "quote request form" and all that can anyone give me a rough ballpark on a "simple" solitaire with micro pave in platinum like this 401 http://www.leonmege.com/index.php/portfolio/solitaires/401-solitaire-with-micro-pave-detail? Are we talking $3K? $3.5K?

There are so many variables!!! Ring size, size of the centre diamond.. I would say between 4-6k....

I would say anywhere from 3-5K, you should ask for a quote, they normally respond within 24 hours.

I have the 401 and was quoted $2500. After cost of melee and shipping, it totaled just under $3500. This was just around a year ago. Hope that helps!

Had a quote not too long ago. Size 6 1 carat f vs2 in a pave solitare (the tulip one) with center stone 7500-8000. So I'm thinking the setting is 2-3k

My vote would be in the 4-6k range. You should read it carefully because his quotes typically don't include the price for melee which I think is crazy because you obviously won't be supplying it.

Other option in NYC would be Steven Kirsch - he is wonderful!
