New stone - 2.02ct Rubellite (Precision Gem)

According to Genes rating scale: Colour 10, Clarity 7, Brilliance 5

The listing photo shows it at its most red. In all lighting environments it is a rich and velvety red raspberry jewel tone. It's in "like new" condition - original owner did not set it, and I also did not set it. Inclusions are visible up close, but they aren't black - it's like the crystal decided to grow in different directions in some areas, and the real-world effect is to make the stone glow in a way that more transparent material simply can't. None of the inclusions/formations breach the surface.

It really really is! I wondered if you'd see this @elle_71125! :mrgreen2:

I just don’t know when - or if - I’ll set it, I’ve already got a pink stone bracelet and I don’t wear rings. It’s such a beautiful stone though - it isn’t really a hardship to hoard it! :mrgreen2:

i think that having too many stones to ever feasibly set is a common PSer problem. :lol:
 
Adding a pair of earrings I bought (preloved from LT) because they're adorable, but I've never worn them.

Baby opals are primarily blue and green. Paste stones are in good condition - they show surface wear, as expected, but no cracks/chips/breakage. Settings look original - unmarked but well made. My guess would be 9k RG, but I have not had them tested.
