FI has the Ab wheel... I've been an athlete all my life and have always had a fairly flat stomach, until recent (desk job

) I can do all of about 5 1/2 "proper" ab wheels, all the way. They will KYA!!! (kick your abs) Totally worth it. However, they tend to hurt my back so you need to make sure you do it with correct posture.

Yep, low carb works. Also try food combining. Eat meat and veggies together OR eat carbs and veggies together. Do not eat meat w/carbs. You''ll quickly notice your tummy shrink up. And be sure to eat only good carbs.
