My mum bought a Berricle on my advice - and one of the stones has fallen out 
. She wanted a new sparkly but didn't know what kind/shape/size so I suggested that she try Berricle to get a feel for how different styles would look on her finger. She bought from Amazon over the summer, the ring can only be a few months old - but Mum is terrible with paperwork. It might not be worth pursuing, but does anyone know if they will replace/repair a ring where the stone has fallen out?
This is the one Mum bought:
And I can now answer my own question. From Amazon website is says warranty for 90 days from purchase - which we are now out of. That's a shame, the rings look so lovely especially as a way to try a new size/style, but I'd be wary of buying one for myself now.

It's worth asking if they'll do something about it even though it's past the warranty period. The worst they'll say is no, but who knows - maybe they'll decide to stand behind their product.

I’m sorry the stone fell out of your mom’s ring. I just purchased a pendant from Berricle for my mom. I told her not to pick anything with little stones because she doesn’t take her jewelry off..and I would be afraid with all that wear the little stones would fall out. I would still contact Amazon. +1 for contacting the vendor and seller just in case. Amazon sometimes will hust take care of it if it's a relatively inexpensive item.

The three stone with EC center is beautiful!! I have it paired here with my platinum and single cut diamond band from 1935. I absolutely love that it is set low, makes it very wearable!! I also have to say that I just love the rectangular shape. I have never worn a ring with this shape of stone before and I find it to be quite elegant!

I had to share my new heart shaped Berricle ring. It’s so pretty! I’m considering buying a heart shaped diamond for my middle finger of my right hand for my dog Bailey. He’s still with me..and I hope he lives a really long time. I got the idea from @MakingTheGrade who buys heart jewelry because she loves her dogs. I’m toying with having a bezel set one made for my middle finger of my right hand that I will never take off except to cook..or if I do anything messy. I didn’t know what size diamond I would get..so looked on Berricle to see if they had any heart czs so I could gauge the size. This one is .74...It’s plenty big for my middle finger. I’m going to wear it for a while to see if I can do it. I never wore a ring on that finger before. This is a higher setting so it looks a little weird but it will be a good test. They only had a size 9 but it fits okay on that finger because I have arthritis in that finger..My ring finger on that hand is 6.5..This would be a low profile bezel if I do it.

It’s small but I’ll wear it on my right hand..so it’s perfect. It’s very sparkly and looks real..I don’t like large right hand rings..Well..maybe if it’s a huge diamond I would make an exception!

So I picked up the Berricle earrings and necklace I ordered for the good lady for Christmas, which were caught by customs and then slowly crawled through the postal system... lol
They are amazing! So much coloured fire and sparkle, I am seriously impressed. Compared to the dull, lifeless lumps of plastic (or what looks like plastic) she wears at the moment, they are night-and-day better.
Not on a par with her CBI e-ring, obviously but they are superb for their cost. Clear material, crisp faceting, no sign of any double-refraction or anything like that (but then I think that's only a moissanite thing??), and the settings seem great quality, despite being only silver. The rounds perform well and the asschers also perform well! They are perhaps a bit 'quiet' off-axis, but then I think that is also true of diamond.
The necklace chain does look extremely delicate, though, but that is a simple and inexpensive thing to swap/replace if needed.
I need to get the tape measure out as the earrings and the ring both look a bit smaller than I imagined they might, so I'll measure the stones to confirm, but I think perhaps it's just a male thing of thinking things look bigger than they actually are until you measure them...
Next time I would/will order a mm or so larger!
I think I'm going to tuck them away for Valentine's Day lol
