Best way to clean on the underside of this ring? Pics

I''ve got the Sparkle Spa coming in the mail (ultrasonic cleaner), but I don''t want to use it every time...so in between, how would you get inside these tiny holes on the underside of the ring? I''ve heard a baby toothbrush but I don''t know if those will even get in there adequately?

I use one of the little itty bitty brushes that are used to clean in between braces. It''s a very small wire brush. It works great! You can find it in the toothbrush/braces aisle.

An Ultra sonic cleaner is a nice tool. Or the brushes mtjoya mentioned are great!

I think the baby tooth brush will be fine- the bristles are pretty flexible.
I would be worried about using a brush for braces... lol, not so fond memories from childhood and I think mine had a pretty stiff wire to keep it stiff so you could get between the brackets- I''d be worried about scratching something.
I''ve been using a baby tooth brush and Desert Essence Thoroughly Clean Face Wash- the results are the closest to an ultrasonic cleaning I''ve seen without any harsh chemicals.

Where can I get the desert essence totally clean face wash? I''d like to try that, as well as try it in the ultrasonic cleaner when I DO use it, just to see what happens (LoL!)
