Ye Gads that is spectacular!!

Wow, what a GORGEOUS and unique ring! I love it! The stone is just stunning and so is the setting! And that ring has some PRESENCE on your hand! Just beautiful-wear it in good health!

P.S. I have to ask about the prongs-I''ve never seen prongs like that before! Any particular reason for their shape? Just curious!

BGD does it again!!

That is an amazing ring!

I have been hunting for a tourmaline that color -- so Gorgeous! I love the bezeled rounds and marquises in the setting. The more BGD pieces I see, the more impressed I am with their metal work.

Beautiful! What a lovely color!

Thing 2, as far as the prongs go, I sent a picture of some prong styles I liked, and Brian said some of them couldn''t be done because of the shape of the stone (I think he said it was the high crown -I''m not great with terminology - the dome kind of shape to the top of the stone) is why the prongs are the way they are to secure the stone better, I think the pointy type weren''t going to be as secure for my stone.

Thanks again to everyone for your compliments

Ah, makes total sense. And I like how they come up from the basket sides-very cool. It''s such a gorgeous ring-I had to drool over the pictures some more before I replied! The color just kills me!
