My bracelet is on its way here! I'll post pics when I get it but here is one of the BGD glamour shots. It looks so pretty!

Awwwww thanks you guys! You're all making me even MORE excited! I'll get it tomorrow and can't wait. I am preparing myself for the fact that these photos make things look WAY bigger than they'll really be. :-) It's a little stone, but hopefully with that beautiful little milgrain bezel, it will seem just a tiny bit larger... I really wanted more than one stone (like 3 at least) but I would have had to go a lot smaller. So I decided I'd do it as an "add a stone" bracelet! Now, to figure out how soon I can add a couple more!

And yep, I'd love for everything in life to be cast in that pink glow! So true!

Hi all - it's beautiful and very delicate and feminine. The stone is actually a nice size and I love the milgrain! It seems to be flipping upside down a LOT but we'll see... wanted to post a couple of pics. One closer up and one for perspective. I hate hand pictures - my hands look so old!

Now about the flipping over... What can be done?
 
Thanks YT! Not sure anything can be done - I knew it would flip some. But it's flipped almost every time I look at it. It was a "final sale" (not sure why - I guess because it's hand made) so I'll have to learn to live with the flipping I think. I have a sapphires by the yard necklace and I'm sure the stones are flipped it that a lot too but you don't really notice them, being on your neck. Maybe it'll just take some getting used to! I sent a pic to my hubby and he said he thought it was really pretty and "simple" as he called it. He said he really liked it even with just one stone.
 
I like it with the one stone! I really do! And isn't it sparkly upside down too?

Re: the flipping. It's almost always an issue with BTY styles, so it's the price you pay for having that design!

What size is the diamond? ETA - I have a little mine cut diamond and wonder how it'd look with that design. It may be too small though...
 
YT, it is sparkly - even upside down. But you can't see the pretty milgrain.

MC, thanks! The stone is .230. It's 3.91 x 3.94. Just a wee baby... :-) Denise said anything over .20 would look really nice, so that's why I chose the one I did!
 
So pretty! It's just the style of bracelet. I have a little marquise stone set the same way (and Daniel M from etsy did it) and it flips over a lot too.

I wonder if you can get the other side milgrained? That would be cool. Still have that touch of style when the stone is flipped.

Cool idea MC! The milgrain is just sooo perfect. Kinda makes me want to send my Barbara pendant in to have it milgrained.

I don't normally wear a bracelet, so I'm not sure how one like this is supposed to fit. I think it's about a quarter inch too long but I'm not gonna send it back to have that changed. If and when I ever add stones, I can do it then.
