I am sorry if I came to a wrong conclusion that one does not have to pay VAT on second hand items, as I have not shiped anything second hand directly to Europe, and I dont know for sure..and dont want mislead anyone... However as I sent the preloved items to US vendor for rework, they put in their invoice only what they charged me plus cost of the newly purchased items.

Thank you, titty. I absolutely love the graduation, but would love to have a bit larger center stone. Just in two months my center 0.31 did shrink to a point when I start actively search for upgrade options. But overall, I love the look, yes
