WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Most of you know I had a recut done by Brian last week and he turn my stone into a FIRING BEAUTY!!!! Well I also sent him my orginal stone from 1984 (.75 m I2). My hubby bought it for me all those years ago and I wore it everyday for 20 years.....Then I found pricescope
and life was never has been the same
I had put the diamond "far far away" and if I got it out to wear, I looked at it with a negative look. Everytime I would try to wear it I hated it
Soo my little BEAST went to Brian and after review he said it wasn't a good recut candidate. He was afraid it may break! I was kind of embarrassed for the famous Brian to see my terribly flawed diamond. I apologized for bothering him with and he stopped me and said he loved every single diamond for itself. He said that every diamond is special and that each diamond is like a little person and you don't get rid of people. hehehehehehehehehe!! He told me that I needed to love the diamond for what it was and stood for (sentimental) and let go of everything else
He then explained that the way I was setting the stone, all alone in a plain head, was really emphazing the quality and that I needed to set it in something BLINGY so that became part of a beautiful piece of jewlery and not just a stone in a head!!! I was leary but went with his suggestion....WELLLLLL!!!!! HE WAS RIGHT!!!!!!! It turned out BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I AM SHOCKED !!!!!
Here we go!!!!
