woo it came out gorgeous! That''s my next project after I pick up my earrings, and I was wondering who to give the project to. I guess now I know!

So, details........ how big are those beautiful melees? My center stone will only be .54 or .57 points. I''m deciding between two, but I absolutely didn''t want teeny tiny pave. Those melees are nice and big.

Wow, its such a pretty piece. I love the actual design and prettiness of the neclace. I love the story behind the stone being your er. And I LOVE the sentiment that every stone should be loved for what it is. I could definately see myself working with a guy like Brian who is obviously both talented and practical. (As in you dont have to ditch something because the numbers arent perfect etc).

And to my eyes, the end result is WOW. It looks so sparkily and gorgeous.....and it is true about thinking of the diamond as part of a piece of jewellery, not just how it performs by itself. This piece as a whole is a real star. The centre diamond looks quite pretty with its high crown...hard to tell that its not all that in the cut dept!

I can imagine it will be your forever neclace now.

Hi Stonehutter!!! Thanks for nice comments. I went with the ACA stones in H/I there is a difference but not bad. It actually makes my stone look neat!!! Kinda of antique. My stone blends perfectly...I think you will be thrilled

Thanks DD and WooBug. My concern isn''t really one of color, but of sparkle. The ACA stones will be RB and a very good cut. My stone is oval and so the sparkles are minimal.

How easily can you clean the pendant with that back? And can you put the chain thru more than one set of "cut outs?" Cause ya know sometimes I''d want my oval to be East West and sometimes North South!
