Was asking anybody who might know local vendors who can recommend a good source for sapphire in blue color?

Local to where? In the US? In a particular state?

From what i see on this site the vender can be anyplace as long as they are on the internet and have been known to be reliable as good sellers of stones.

That is correct; the internet is a far reaching medium of contact and communication so anything can be shipped anywhere at any time. As long as the vendor is trusted and reputable, the transaction should go smoothly.

Thanks Chrono, basically will watch for sites recommended by people using this forum. I should be ok with any buys using a little caution and asking questions here.
