Holy crud kama... 1200 calories! Is that enough for working out too? I don''t want to see you get sick! Have you ever used any online tools to calculate your basal calorie usage? I believe thats the term to describe what you need to consume just to get by in the day without any exercise.Date: 3/11/2009 8:09:05 PM

Blah. Another week without any loss in weight. I''ve been working out 5x/week with mad amounts of cardio, keeping my diet at 1200 cals and nothing. On a slightly brighter note, lost 2 total inches from last week.
2 inches is a LOT to lose in a week so you must be doing something right! Took me a month to lose 1/2 an inch!
