Can you show me your E-W set oval sapphire?

Ideally with diamond accents on each side. I am looking for a friend and hope there may be some examples out there. The attached is the type of style I have in mind, but with a sapphire instead. This is a 40th birthday upgrade for her, and she prefers yellow gold.

Even if someone has the time and inclination to photoshop this into a darker blue with yellow gold that would be an enormous help.
