Can''t see Ideal scope images on JAmes Allen- do i ask for it?

Hi,
i was going through James Allen diamond search...but i could not find where their idealscope images are on the site... i think i am missing something. Do we need to ask for it? Like Whiteflash i thought even James Allen will be present on the diamond page itself.... or is it me who is not able to locate them on the page.

Yes, contact them and request the images. They could be new stones and they don''t have them posted yet.

You can request up to 3 IS images for free, so make sure you choose ones you are really interested in!

Only their H&A comes with IS images already loaded up, the rest of the rounds you can request for it.

Hi Earth

The images for the h&a brand are normally available, you can request up to 3 for most other diamonds as Dreamer says, they can do this for the majority of stones with the odd exception.

Earth, I''m guessing they have a temporary hiccup in their system. The ones where the IS & hearts image should be visible...I couldn''t see either last night or this am. Maybe call JA, ask them about this, and let us know when it''s clear. Otherwise, I think the advice from my friends above will apply.
