I am looking for a bigger pink spinel or sapphire that is in my budget. So hard to find a stone with no feather in good price.

Do post! I'm in a jewelry drought so love a good oogle at anything and want to live through anyone who is shopping!

I've reached that dreadful stage where even this 3ct doesn't seem big enough. But I can't afford a 5ct unless it shifts purple so 3ct it is! I want pure pink. It's 8.5 by 8mm.

Thanks for the help. I am currently in Bangkok and hopefully find something in my price range and quality. I am super prickly and have not buy a single natural stone for a few days. I am looking for stone with L/W ratio less than 1.2.

How much over is that mahenge because it is to die for!!!!!????

Hehe the tajik ones are often affordable in honker sizes so there is an appeal to them!

I forgot how much the Mahenge is either five figures or six figure. I forgot the stone is 5 or 7 or 9ct The price really depends on the vendor. I saw a five carat very clean spess for $30000 per carat today. I think she charges more than normads

the Tajik has a slightly darkish tone like garnet but more open in colour

That is usd. That vendor has some very clean stone and her price is really high. The colour and the clarity is nice but not the neon colour

Hallo!!!! No I haven't! I was going to but then I got distracted and used my funds on two Jade bangles!

Hoping to set it some time this year though!

LoL I even remember when I bought the cab I was sitting in the doctor's office waiting for a nurse. The listing distracted me to no end until I finally pulled the trigger.

No, this Burmese spinel cab was from Cecile Raley Designs' Etsy shop. It's set in CRD's Camellia setting as well.

Trying to pick out what rings I'm wearing this week. Cocktail rings are large enough that I have to take care rings don't touch each other by turning them.
