Well, a girl can never have too many spessartites...

This one is a Lloliondo, the invoice says 5 ct but I think it is a mistake, it should be around 2 (there were several things in the invoice, and the price was way less than for 5 ct). I did not weigh it. Clean for a Lloliondo and no brown, regardless of my photography. I bought two sapphires for accent stones and want to make a ring. It is windowed, and I am not sure whether it will close in a setting, but I do not want a closed setting either, so I guess I'll have to do with a window... The color is very nice for a Lloliondo.

These two trillions were bought from different vendors at different times, for a bypass ring, but now I wonder if they would look better as side stones to something like this amethyst (only larger), or as a pair of earrings of identical size but different color, and the upper stones will be purple amethysts? Any advices?

LOVE the spess w/the sapphires! Neat combination, unique & fresh. I also really love the idea of earrings of different colors -- have wanted to do that myself! I like the amethyst a lot with the green, but not crazy about it with the spess -- but it's what you like that counts. Anything else lurking around your house that you might try with those trillions? -- it would be fun to see other combinations. You are doing such great & unexpected colors together, and it works beautifully!
