Certification of coloured stones

A friend has some coloured stones which she'd like to have certified.

I know that GIA has an office in Hong Kong that certifies diamonds, but don't know of anyone who certifies coloured stones.

Can someone please recommend a place, preferably in Singapore or Hong Kong? Thank you.

GRS has an office in HK, you should contact them if you want to have a colored stone certified.

I've heard that Nanyang does a decent job if you don't mind it not being well known outside of Asia.
