Channel Set Princess Wedding Band - Vatche

Hi All,

Not sure if this has already been addressed, if so it is probably buried deep in one of the responses someplace, so feel free to entertain....


Can a channel set princess wedding band, be made with a curve (to sit near flush) with an e-ring (similar to the x prong by vatche)?

The issue that is brought up by most jewelers is that there will be small gaps between the diamonds in the channel near the curve. Unless, they cut the diamonds (in the curve) in such a way that it would cause a lot of ''wasted diamonds''.

Yes, one can be made but Vatche already has one. I do know that WhiteFlash has one to sit flush with their X-prong setting.

Vatche actually does make a channel set princess with a slight curve to fit next to some of their engagement rings, and yes, those diamonds are cut to specifically set flush to one another. It does not require a huge taper, but it does require a small taper on those stones in the curve.
