This is definitely one of the best chocolates I've indulged on - negative calories when I'm wearing it, right? Ring finger work out!

Thank you zestfullybling, cat mom, diamondseeker2006, Missy, Ashleigh for your kind words!

I can't even begin to tell you how much I love your diamond. OMG in the first pic, the color of the diamond, plus the flashes of blue from the facets......sooooo pretty.

Thank you LisaRN - you know, Choco-berry Finn has brothers and sisters at Good Old Gold that need homes too! :naughty:

Um, how did I miss this? LOVE!!!

That is just so gosh-darned pretty!!! The rose gold is perfect for it.

Well done :appl:

Edited to ask: where are these videos of choco-berry and brothers and sisters? I can't find them...

Thank you derbygal and angeline!

angeline - the video was on goodoldgold's facebook. Ooo... I JUST googled and found it ~ YAY! Unfortunately, youtube is blocked at work, so I hope this is the correct url: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=79NRRNbXLDE

If that link doesn't work, google "good old gold fancy light browns with pinkish overtones"

And linky to the brothers and sisters :naughty: :

You bought it!! I knew one was missing and wondered if it was being recut! I have been eyeing them off. I wondered how they look IRL.

Thanks for the pics. I can now live vicariously through you.

thanks Pinto for the link - mesmerizing! they are beautiful as is, and if the mood ever strikes you, the recut is there. Perfect!

Cool brown diamond, Pinto! For your reset, I'm a fan of anything rose gold with pave!

Question regarding it being steep/deep: I was under the impression that fancies are cut to maximize color, not necessarily brilliance. Are you sure it's not cut exactly as it should be?

Alternatively, I wonder if Diamonds by Lauren would be a good resource for a recut since they deal with a lot of colored diamonds and also cut their own modern antique shapes...

Whatever you end up doing, it sounds like a fun project :)
