Mtran, having done a lot of projects, I do sympathize with the wait. Sometimes I have had to wait longer than expected and it can seem like forever! Thankfully, it was always worth it in the end. But at this time, I know from speaking with my own Whiteflash SA during the last few months, due to Covid, they are not all working in the office at the same time in order to be safe and socially distanced. So, many things are likely slower than usual. SAs can work from home more easily than the design and bench people can. Plus, at this time of year, there is illness and sometimes people are out sick. So please do understand that they are doing the best they can under the current circumstances. I think they are expecting a major winter storm in the Houston area in the next couple of days, so that will likely add to the delays.

Yeah I'm trying my best to be patient. They just got back to me today and even Bryan the VP just sent me an email apologizing for how long its taking. He let me know that the wait I've been experiencing is excessive and they will do their best to expedite it for me. I'm hoping that from start to finish this isn't going to take 4 months to complete.

It's unfortunate because I love their diamonds, but going forward I possibly will be going with a different vendor for future projects. The process and time it took for me to get my original ring was also very very long. If they are truly always this busy, I should consider going with a smaller company who may need the business more during these times.

The height on the eternity band is 2.4mm and the width is 3.1mm for 10 pointers.

These are not normal times for any business. They are all dealing with limited supply, weather and COVID. I waited an inordinate amount of time for new appliances. It is just the way of the world right now. You buy for the quality and although the wait is painful, in the long term it will be worth it.

I think you may want consider having a small donut and not remove it entirely. It protects your ring, especially if you have diamonds on the wedding band.

Although I love the Valoria, I wish it had a donut. I wear a spacer now even with my low small diamond band, also from WF. I didn’t have to wear a spacer with the legato. My prior legato setting had a small donut. So, I agree with @mtran89 to consider a setting with a small donut.
