Chrono''s Guess The Stone Game

At first I was going to just post my nicer gems then thought, why not have a little fun doing it too? It's probably going to be very easy to guess but I missed out on a lot of the guess the gem games. I'll post a new one everytime the correct answer is guessed. I have trouble with my 2 cc garnets so they aren't here. I also omitted my learning stones which are very small (under 1 ct) and not of good quality. The diamonds will end up in the SMTR section of PS. Let the games begin!

Sorry, not sapphires but still a good guess. My cobalt spinel is stll at AGL for grading and should be back in another week or two.

Hint: you are actually quite close.

Bing Bing! Yes, they are blue spinels. Both are around 2 to 3 ct. The rectangular is "native" cut and the right is from Barry.

I like this one for the "carving" engraved into the stone. I thought it was a really neat thing to share on PS and received this as a gift from Barbara Smigel.
