Hey Ruby~

Break down on paper of the two diamonds you listed.

.504 carat, H, SI1
Cut Adviser Rating: 2
Light Return: Very Good
Fire: Very Good
Scintillation: Very Good
Spread: Excellent
Cut Adviser Comment: "Very Good. Worth buying if the price is right"
Asking Price: $1450
Price Stats Price Comparison: Can't comment as there was no listing in Price Stats for a H, SI1 in the .5-.59 size range.

.534 carat, G, SI1
Cut Advisor Rating: 1.1
Light Return: Excellent
Fire: Excellent
Scintillation: Excellent
Spread: Very Good
Cut Adviser Comment: Tolkowsky Ideal Cut
Asking Price: $1533
Price Stats Price Comparison: Average price Price Scope vendors are charging for similar diamonds is $1536

On the Cut Adviser, Light Return refers to the amount of white light reflecting back out of the diamond. Fire and Scintillation are the flashes, sparkles, and colors of light. Spread refers to physical size.

Based on the info above, with 3 Excellents/1 Very Good, the .534 carat should be a very beautiful diamond. A great performer as the experts say. And price right in line with what other vendors are asking for similar diamonds. Plus, it is one grade "whiter" than the other diamond.

Just my $0.02 worth

The overall combination of proportions for the 0.534 carat is better than those of the first stone. The pavilion angle of 40.9 degrees is likely to produce better visual performance than the pavilion angle of 41.1 degrees.

Thank u guys...i am gonna go with the second one...thanks for all your help:-)

Congrats, Ruby, on finding what is sure to be a beautiful diamond!
