Amy--I ordered and received a wonderful Jewel Jet Steam Cleaner from Wink Jones. It's amazing! I love it! My camera is dead, but I'm going to take some before and after shots of my jeweler once I can borrow someone else's camera. Wink is so wonderful to work with, he located a Jewel Jet for me even though they were largely unavailable when I wanted to order mine. They just came out with a new model, but I'm happy to have the original.
