cost of a re-set

Hi,

I am looking to have my round solitaire re-set into a halo, but i havent looked into yet.

I am looking for a halo with small diamonds and a thin band with diamonds also. What kind of cost would i be looking to pay to pay?
I havent had the ring long and now love the look of the halo.
I was going to have it re-set anyway as i dont like the broad band that i have and wish something thinner.

For basic good quality up to hand forged, I would say $2000-4500.

These are good quality cast rings, and they can be ordered in other metals such as platinum, which will cost a little more. But it will give you an idea.
