Could this be the one? Input please =)

I think I found a stone that fits my needs. Any input would be much appreciated. My two concerns are the cloud and the medium blue fluorescence. I sent the question to BN and am awaiting a response. My last search was in the "J" range but was turned off a bit on the potential yellowish tint although I know I''m only going up one level to "I". Here are the rest of the details:

Medium Blue Fluorescence

promising from the numbers. With Medium Blue, it will be rare to see any blue in most conditions.

The diamond has potential from the basic info. Clouds shouldn''t be an issue in VS2 clarity and medium blue fluorescence should not be either, in fact I think its a nice benefit in an I colour.
