Custom setting recommendations?

Does anyone have any recommendations on good custom setting jewelers? I'm leaning towards a three stone engagement ring (preferably wedding set, kill two birds with one stone), and want to provide my centerstone as well as side stones if possible. Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

I did, however, the custom setting designers I've contacted do not allow you to provide your own side stones so I wanted to see if anyone had experience with ones who did.

DanielM will allow it. They are etsy sellers and should be on the recommended vendors list....

I'm curious which vendor does not accept a customer's side stones. I dropped Whiteflash from the list because they no longer accept outside stones. As far as I know, the rest on the list still do.
