Custom Setting-- Where/Who To Look Into?

Hey another post by a newbie but I''m hoping to find some answers!

So, I had my heart set on an engagement ring setting from LaurieSarah on Etsy but after talking to her, I discovered that I may have to have a custom setting made instead. The setting I loved from her couldn''t be made to become any bulkier and after much discussion, I found out that it wouldn''t be suitable to be worn everyday with the construction of it now. I appreciate her honesty with this and the fact that she didn''t lie or lead me on and then have me frusturated later! But I definitely still want this ring... Or a ring that looks very similar.

So, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on where/who to look into for creating a custom engagement ring? I would love LOTS of recommendations since I will (hopefully) be looking into lots of people for this project!

DETAILS About The Setting I''m trying to have made

Center Stone:
Round or Cushion (I haven''t decided yet)--
It would be a 1ct round or 2ct cushion (give or take .10ct)
Light Ceylon Sapphire
Metal:
18kt white gold or Platnium

Double halo with inner halo being diamonds and outer halo being blue sapphires and some diamonds going down the shank (1/2 way)
Ring size 6.25

Shank about 3mm-- what''s been recommended to me by ladies on here. Nothing too delicate nor too bulky as I plan on wearing this everyday.

Have you contacted Leon yet? I think Maytal Hannah is also a good bet. Not sure about your budget, but if Leon and Maytal are out of your range, you can try Whiteflash and Brian Gavin - I bet they could custom make that for you with no trouble.
