Sold CvB Design items

I have 3 CvB items for sale. I will list each in a separate post so there’s no confusion. All items may be returned to her bench for resizing and setting stones at purchasers expense. I will cover shipping/insurance to buyer or the bench.

I have a Diamond Bistro account but have forgotten my password. For some strange reason their reset emails aren’t sending out. I’ve also created 2 new email accounts but their confirmation emails aren’t reaching them either so I’m in a quandary as to what to do!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Setting only

This is CvB’s Olivia solitaire but we added pave’ and beading on the shank.
It’s platinum, size 6 and fully sizable. It held a 10.3 mm OEC but Caysie has checked with her bench and it will accommodate a slightly larger size.
It’s in brand new condition as it was only worn a few times and never in contact with metals or other.
This setting retailed over $3k but I was given a repeat customer discount and paid $2,715. I’m asking $1500.

Setting only

This is a custom halo that was recreated from a vintage design, there’s not been another one made since.
It’s platinum with G/H VS single cut diamonds, fully engraved. Size 6 with stabilizing pads which can be removed and is fully sizable. It’s quite a hefty durable setting. It held a 10.3 mm OEC but can accommodate a slightly larger stone. One of the 4 tab prongs will need remaking due to removing my diamond.
In like new condition, worn only a few times.
It retailed at $4495, I paid $4100, asking $2700.

Complete ring

This is a 3.03 ct VS2 fancy yellow high domed rose cut diamond, 18 kt brushed YG setting with 2 F color french cut diamonds on the shank. Size 6.5, fully sizable.
I bought the diamond from Alex Parks uncertified, he sent it to GIA for me.
It’s a stunning ring but I had acquired a yellowish OMC before receiving this ring plus I found that I’m not a rose cut person. I wore it minimal times.
It’s been listed with Jewels by Grace for a bit. Currently at $17k, open to offers.

It's definitely not just you. I tried to sign up for DB a month or so ago, never got the verification email. I thought maybe it was just my email, so I tried again using my second email, nothing. I emailed their customer service, no response. I tried to sign in and use the "forgot my password" option, and it tells me that there's no account matching my email.

I think their whole email system just doesn't work anymore. What's really annoying is that the sign up process requires your address and phone number so they're just storing all of that personal information and doing who knows what with them.
