So today was legs and abs and woo that kicked my bum. Did I ever mention how much I loathe lunges, thought my trainer was nice enough to let me do them outside. It was in the 80s and soo lovely! I went on the treadmill at 3.5 and this is slow for me but I was being a lazy girl this morning. I had a buddy stay up with me last night working on Bridezilla Books!
Reply to everyone’s comments from yesterday- Yes my sleep patterns and everything else has been looked at....my docs are always joking that they are going to steal me away and use me for testing. I have a nutritionist and I am a okay! Yea for me. It is just frustrating to be 22 and know that I will never be how I want to be. I have done WW and I gained 14 pounds in a month and nearly drove the poor women at the center to tears bless her heart. I exercise daily (always have) I do at least 30 mins usually an hour of cardio in the morning and an hour of weights, then at night I power walk/jog at least five and sometimes more miles. I am fit and I do just fine on those supper spiffy test they administer and you get a lovely comp printout. I am fat but fit and everyone keeps telling me about how it is better to be heavy and in shape then thin and in poor condition. Still knowing all of this it made me feel better to read that I am not the only one who struggles with these things. I hope everyone else is having a great Sunday.
