Happy Saturday ladies!!

Just got back from a rainy walk with Jelly this morning. He hates water and didn''t appreciate being out in the rain, so I stopped early by just doing 20 minutes this morning. My fiance and I are taking our first ballroom dance lessons tonight! I''m so excited!

How is everyone else doing?

Bluuuuurh! Tired, I have just started trimming some trees and I am exhausted

I have a lot more to do and I think it will take me a week to finish so that is my daily workout taken care of. Ballroom dancing sounds like great fun!

I''m really looking forward to dancing. I used to ballroom dance in college several years ago. I''ve tried many times to get my guy to take lessons with me...Since he knows how important it is to me to dance at my wedding, he''s agreed!

I''ll let you know how it goes tomorrow, I think we''re learning the foxtrot tonight!

My back is screaming and I have more to do tomorrow.

I have to do it now as a certain bad horse has decided he likes to eat the trees and they are not good for him

I don''t know why he has suddenly decided to supplement his diet with them after all this time

I'm on the hunt to find a quick, high intensity work out and the other day I read about these sport hoops, like hula hoops but they weigh more. What do ya'll think? I need to seriously tone up my belly area...I really need to dedicate myself to it because I'm very good at finding excuses!

Oh I wanted to add that I've taken ballroom classes before and they were super fun! I have two left feet so I looked like a fool but I did it with a friend of mine and we loved it!

30 mins on the elliptical today, running tommorrow. Had a little too much to eat for lunch but that''s always better than too much to eat for dinner!

my FI''s mom uses those weighted hula hoops and loves them. I just cant quite move my hips in the right rythem.

we did a 5k today, greg ran and i walked and then we had lunch with my parents...the race was in a small town about 45 min from us that we love to visit for lunch sometimes, my dad ran the 10k. it felt good to get out there at 10am even though it was early and rainy...and do something good for the day. of course i ate it all back at lunch but at least my legs still feel the burn...haha! since i don''t typically work out on the weekends it was all good.

oh and i wanted to throw in something that works REALLY well for a quickie high-intensity if you have 5-10 minutes. jumping rope. sounds easy? it''s not! we do it in kbox class sometimes to warm up, try jumping rope without stopping for 3-4 minutes straight. it''s very hard! it''s not as easy as when we were kids.

jelly have fun tonite at ballroom! i am getting greg and i classes for valentine''s day and i''m so excited!! its supposed to be a great workout if you practice, and my girlfriend who has been doing it for a few months is having a blast. she said it will be even easier for us to practice since we live together and it sounds really fun. for me i am looking to learn a bit more ''rythym'' and also some ''grace''...both of which i sorely lack.
