Where is everyone? How is everyone doing? Today started out ok. I made it to the gym before work did 15 minutes of squats and lunges, 30 minutes on precor and 15 minutes on the bike. So i feel pretty good about it, as if I am burning off at least enough to keep me from gaining. Just ate a toffee crunch cookie though....

I forgot to post yesterday. Yesterday, I did 3 miles on the elliptical which is 20 mins and 10 mins lifting some weights. Of course I did the usual jumping jacks to warm up, stretching, etc.

Tonight, I''m planning to do the same if the weather is bad, if the weather is nice, I''ll be walking to our usual spot, the-never-ending-stairs. That place is a good workout because in order to get there, it''s a pretty nice hike since the hills in San Francisco are so steep.

I ate half of a large pan pizza from pizza hut last night (about 6 slices), so obviously I''m not weighing myself today. I''m sitting at work and will go walk/run around a local lake in about an hour. I usually walk twice around the lake for a total of about 3 miles. I''m going to jog it today because I actually brought shorts to change into....plus I''m training for a 5K (3.1 miles) turkey trot this Thanksgiving.

So far I''ve been doing 2 miles on the treadmill at the gym every other day, so going around the lake twice will be a challenge today. Wish me luck.

Thanks! I''ll need it. It''s suppose to get up to 90+ degrees here due to Santa Ana winds.
