David Klass Radiant E-ring CADs

Hello, I am getting my engagement made by David Klass and I just got my second round of CADs back. The middle diamond is a 2.53ct H VS2 radiant cut with 3.7mm side hearts. The side hearts were originally smaller but I had him go bigger to match the inspiration image better.

Is there anything I should ask to change? I’ve included pictures of my loose diamond as well as my inspiration photos at the bottom.

1) I would prefer to have the hearts bezeled - currently, they appear like trillions or pears to me by not emphasizing the cleft of the heart.

2) There's a minor detail as well in the side profile that could appear more fluid:

I would prefer if the metal cathedral was either straight on the bottom or slightly convex.

3) I love double claw prongs or tab prongs to emphasize the radiant shape.

Will you wear this with a band? Had you considered the diamonds in the base of the ring and how they will scratch a band you wear with it, not be seen, and quite likely pop out?
I might say they’re superfluous if your ring will be worn with a wedding ring- but a different story if this plans to be a stand alone ring

I would see if the diamonds in the base are expendable- about changing it to no diamonds and a little donut underneath to allow the diamond to sit as low as it can then lower the angle of the hearts so they don’t appear so protruding. To my eye the cathedral angle is too sharp

I love the design as is. Beautiful ring. I would definitely have a think about the base diamonds and a wedding band, though.
