I was thinking the same thing -- very PS-esque. I sincerely hope she wasn''t "one of us," but whoever she was it is very very sad and tragic...

What a lovely woman she was. It looks like she was killed in a terrible accident. How awful that in her death someone tried to profit or just grab them for themself.

It''s not mine, but, it is similar. I think Giada''s has a halo and I can''t tell if that one does. I didn''t read the story. I will tomorrow. It''s too close to bedtime. From what I gather from these posts my heart is going out to the family.

Sometimes little things restore my faith in humandkind. This is just a wretched thing. This beautiful woman dies a horrific death from the looks of the car, and is not going to see her kids grow up. Either someone lost it and was therefore pretty lax (though I am sure it happens a lot more than we realize) or someone pilaged her body and that is just sick and nasty to me. Maybe her hubby would like to save it for one of his sons to give a future fiance. I am sure the $20,000.00 reward will motivate someone to cough it up.

Quick summary:
A young mother of 2 died in a horrific car crash. She was taken to the hospital and her rings, which were on her in the ER, are now missing. She designed them herself and her husband would like them back for her sons, one of which, at 20 months old, will not remember her at all.
