It's a GREAT time of year to check out the lower Hudson Valley too

... usually peak leaf-peepin' season. Lots of apple cider donuts, brisk breezes and autumn color. B&B's book up early so: fair warning! If you *do* go to Rhinebeck ... also check out Hummingbird Jewelers on the main drag in town. A DEEELIGHTFUL boutique chock full of lots of great designers (like Sholdt & Van Craeynest) & a few vintage finds too. They are also the creative saviors of Deco E-ring 2.0.
