Hi everyone,
I often read that diamonds may chip if they are hit hard enough/in the right angle. As I'm planning to buy a plain solitaire (around 1.5 carats), I wonder how likely it is to chip it.
Is it common that chips occur at least once in a lifetime or does it only happen quite rarely?
Any answer would be appreciated!
