diamond studs help

I am in the market for round diamond studs but in desperate need of some help. My budget is around $15k. I'd like the stones to be eye clean (SI/SI2), but I am looking for stones in the H/I/J color range. Otherwise, I'd like the stones to be nice (don't have to be perfect) in terms of cut, and I'd like m money's worth in terms of diameter. Any advice? I've never purchased any diamonds online, but I'm not opposed to if you can walk me through the process. Thanks for your help. I really have no idea where to start!
