First off, good to see you Tala! Glad you're back!

Second, I don't know if you would mind, but the other picture shows it to be hazy, almost like it has a soapy film over it. (I'm just trying to justify why it really is a good thing that you didn't get it, hee hee )

The color was lovely, but I do not like stones to be more then a scant bit sleepy. I hope it went to someone who really appreciates that aspect in a gem.

I almost looks like a ruby to me. I've heard that some gems (even some royal ones) in the past have been misidentified as rubies when they were actually spinels.

I'd take that one in a heartbeat!
