Did I buy a lab grown ring?

So if you read my posts, you all know that I love me a good pawn shop find. Today I purchased this ring guard, sold to me as 14k natural diamonds. Because I frequent this shop regularly and have for years, I really let my guard down, no pun intended.
Ok. So I bring it home and finally loupe it and look at the stamps inside!
First, can LOL really stand for anything other than laugh out loud? Second. LG. Does that imply lab grown. I have been doing a reverse search and cannot find this ring!
