One of my best friends divorced a few years ago....no real fault, one of those good old irreconcilable differences cases. Anyway, she offered him the ring back and he said no. (She had a ~1ct RB in YG with a 3/4channel-set YG W-band.) But he refused to take them back so she made a kick-ass pendant in platinum! (And melted down the gold into something else...can''t remember)Not quite a halo w/ the melee--sort of--but more of a flower kind of thing. She''s now engaged to a new guy (e-harmony!) and is still good friends w/ the ex.
