I generally sleep with all my jewelry on. rings, necklaces, earrings, even my watch. But if I were to wear pearls or a long necklace or my diamond tennis necklace, those would come off. But I don't wear those often. My daily jewelry gets slept in but I do take it off to shower.

For 20 years i wore a casio watch i got for my 21st birthday 24/7 only time it came off was for a new strap or battery or a rince in fresh water if id been swimming at the beach

Now days i usually wear some sort of silver chain all the time unless i have pearls on

Untill the last couple of years I used to always sleep in silver sleeper/keeper earings and leave them in all the time but now ive switched to studs they hurt to sleep in although ive had my diamond screw backs in all week and on closer inspection they look gross and need a clean

Im not married so i don't have a wedding ring to wear so i take my rings off either when i get home, before i have a shower or before bed

I sleep in studs, pendant & plain wedding ring. If I'm super tired, I'll leave on my engagement ring & eternity.

I find sleeping with studs hurts if I lay on my ear and the pressure digs the post into the back of my ear and skull behind the ear. I used to sleep with my ER and wedding band but got out of the habit years ago. I only sleep wearing a watch when I travel. It is aTimex Indiglo which has a lighted dial when pushed and helps me know the time in the dark without getting up and turning on a light. I am too nearsighted to read a bedside clock At night. Necklaces, earrings and pendants have come off in bed and are hard to find in the sheets.

I take all my jewelry off when I change for bed. The only thing I may leave in my ears occasionally are the earrings for my second piercing.

I have a tragus piercing that stays in always (tiny Maria tash diamond stud) and occasionally earrings in my second piercing but otherwise everything comes off! I used to wear earrings to sleep in my main piercing but felt like I was stretching my lobes out and stopped.

Nope. I like (almost) everything off when I go to sleep.

My jewelry comes off as soon as I walk into the house and I put it safely away.

One, I like being unencumbered and two, I don't want to damage my bling and three, I don't want to hurt anyone with my bling (cats all over me etc).

So yeah, it comes off when I walk through the door.

I take everything off except for my diamond pendant. Its too much work to take off and
put back on every day. I've been wearing a pendant to bed for about 20 years and have
never had an issue.

I take everything off but my engagement ring because my fingers swell throughout the night and I wouldn’t be able to put it on in the morning.

I absolutely cannot sleep with any rings on so they always come off at the end of the day. However, I do sleep with one necklace on. It's the Tiffany Victoria and I haven't taken it off since the day I got it. It's fabulous because unless I'm looking in a mirror I don't even know I'm wearing it - it's so light and comfortable.

I have a pair of new diamond huggies that I hope to be able to wear to bed. But I recently had ear lobe surgery to repair my stretched out ear piercings so I have to wait for those to heal, then get my ears re-pierced and wear small gold studs for a while before I can start wearing regular earrings again.

I am also waiting for a Whiteflash DBTY bracelet that I ordered to arrive and I sort of hope that will be like my Victoria necklace and be something that I can put on and never take off.

Only jadeite bangle or bracelets.

Rings, necklaces and earrings all off once I’m home.

I sleep in my "everyday" jewelry, which are one of a set of small gold pendants and a pair of gold huggies or small hoops. Huggies or small hoops are GREAT for sleeping in - they lay flat and don't poke the way studs do, and if they're good quality, they don't come open and fall out. I've always been a hoops girl anyway for casual everyday, so they're perfect for me. If I've had one of my rare dressier days and worn studs, I switch to the huggies before bed. I do have a moissy stud that "lives" in my extra hole on the left, and it can occasionally get pokey, but being further back on the lobe, I can usually shift it.

I used to always sleep in engagement ring + bands on each hand too, until I had to have the prong head replaced on my original engagement ring because the gold was SO worn from rubbing against the fabric sheets that I was in danger of losing the center stone. Since then, I've tried to remember to take off rings with prong-set stones before bed. I usually succeed on nights I put on lotion, but other nights, I might or might not remember. I DO always sleep with at least a plain gold band on my left ring finger at minimum, though. After a year of engagement and over 14 years of marriage, my left hand feels really wrong without a ring on it.

Absolutely not! Remove all my jewels the moment I get home from work. Could never sleep with anything on.

Wow! So many of you sleep with jewelry. I can't stand the feeling of anything on when I am trying to sleep. I have sleep issues though. My husband wanted me to wear the fitbit to track sleep and I did for a bit but I couldn't tolerate that either.

Definitely nothing to sleep except a plain wedding band (max).

I wonder if those wearing jewellery to bed are back sleepers? I am a side / front sleeper so things dig in!

I can sleep with my studs and bracelets. Necklaces usually come off. Hoops definitely off. Rings definitely off.
