Does anyone have the BGD milgrain bezel bracelet?

I just ordered one yesterday and am super excited! I wanted to have a bracelet I could add stones to over time, and hopefully one day give it to my daughter. I went with the milgrain version. I figure if I love the milgrain, I may send my Barbara pendant back to BGD and have them add milgrain to that to match.

The bracelet is a handmade, very delicate bezel, 18k white gold, and the stone I picked out is an H, SI1 that is .230ct in size. Hopefully it will be large enough to sparkle and still be nice and delicate. I was looking at the Tiffany version and theirs was $600 for one stone that was .08 in size. So this one is almost 3 times that size for less money! And I love BGD's workmanship so I know it will be perfect. I also love these bracelets layered, so one day maybe I'll get the sapphire version to match my DBTY sapphire necklace from Whiteflash.

Since there will only be one stone on it for a while, I may wear it on the same wrist as my watch. I'll post pics when I get it. Would love to see photos if anyone else has one!

What a wonderful project! I am sure you will be blown away with bgd quality. And great idea of adding the stones one by one with time. With bgd offering them in sub 0.3 sizes now is wonderful and veeeeery affordable I find. I myself purchased two stones to add to my dbty necklace. I am looking forward to your smtb thread and cant wait to hear your thoughts about of comfort of wearing it daily.

How exciting! I love all things BGD. Anything milgrain is timeless in my opinion. Can't wait to see the pics.

Ack, sorry Katie, didn't actually mean to threadjack! I just went by the title.

I think you'll be really happy with it - mine is very nicely made. The 'add a stone' long-term project sounds like tons of fun! You get to look forward to adding more stones but still have something to enjoy Right Now
