Does this setting look safe?

Hello,

I was wondering if the following setting would be safe for a .77-.85 diamond. I am worried about getting something that protudes out alot, and this ring kind of does, would that mean I am risking safety of the diamond?

it's not that it protrudes outward by design, but by necessity. the center stone in that pic is 1.5 cts.

yes, it should be safe. be insured!
