Ebay ring - Is it a good deal? .81ct, F-SI1 cushion + pave

Hi Everyone,

I was just on my nightly safari across the wilds of ebay and found this cute little .81ct, F-SI1 cushion in a Mark Broumand pave setting. I though it could be great for someone on a tight budget. What do you think? I know the cushion isn't quite AVC performance, but it sure is chunky.

Graded in the mounting and the seller doesn't accept returns
But it does look pretty... And familiar...

It has a reserve, so they probably aren't selling it at a great price, anyway. A .81 cushion is quite small, but it would be fine for someone needing that size and if that was their ring size. However, I wouldn't order something like that with no return period. Too risky.

Yeah, the no return period is a drag. Personally, I never expect to be able to return anything from ebay, so I hadn't even considered it.

I though it looked like it could have been a PS ring at some time and wanted to "keep it in the family", but I'm too lazy to sift through SMTB right now to see if it had made it's debut. Maybe it was up for consideration on RT in the past?

Hope a former LIW isn't going through hard times!

You can return anything on ebay, even if the sale is final. Ebay has a policy that allows for returns if "item is not as described," which is probably why anyone would want to return this ring. Just saying...
