Ebay setting question

I'm interested in ordering a halo from an Ebay vendor, but am wondering about how the center stone will sit. If i want the center stone to be flush with the halo melee, can I get this from an Ebay vendor?

No, because it would require an almost perfect fit which only a true customized setting is able to accomplish (vendor builds the setting for that particular stone, has the skill for such fineness and sets it).

I ordered one a long time ago from LOGR thinking it would be fine. After seeing the wonkiness compared to everyone's custom made works of art, I ended up giving it away. Hope you find something that works though.

You get what you pay for; don't expect perfection from a $500 setting. It won't be cheapie looking or horrible though; I think the product is great for those on a budget but it is unfair to think you are going to receive something that can withstand our typical PS magnified scrutiny.

That makes sense. Perhaps it will be okay for something not as demanding as a halo.

My stones sit a little high in my LOGR settings, but I've seen photos on here where the stones appear lower though still not flush wih the halo, like this one - https://www.pricescope.com/communit...ing-re-set-bezel-halo-3-stone-trellis.172920/. When I've asked in the past Stephen told me they could do it if I sent my stone to China for them to set it, but I didn't want to risk it.

Maybe it is like that because it's a bezel? It looks good.
