This is to show an example of how listings should be posted in this forum. You do not need to follow this exact format, but it is an example.

For sale is a 32 carat diamond, F VS1, with a GIA certificate.
It is available for $500 million dollars and the listing is on ebay:

(You may insert photos and a description into the thread if you wish)
Please feel free to post here with questions.
Thank you for looking!

If your item sells, please use the report concern button on that thread and we can then mark it as sold.
Just to make sure I understand correctly, what should I avoid when I create my thread on pre-loved?
Was the delay in posting a link to a listing the issue?
I'm not an administrator but I know you can't post your actual contact information but you should be able to post a link to an item (I know for sure you can post your LT listing links). If you want to provide that information without an actual link, you can make a listing on LT with your contact information and let PSers know your user name and that there is a listing with further info.
I do remember seeing someone with a listing (yesterday?) with something that might have been flagged but, honestly, it's vague already! I hope that helps for now, I'm sure other's will chime in.
Hi NKC, I did send you an email in detail when we closed the thread, which you responded to, and you even posted a snippet from it above. Which I deleted since it is against our policies. I've deleted two of your posts in this thread that were combative towards us, which we don't allow on the forum.
Multiple users over multiple weeks asked you to post a link to your item saying they were interested, and it did not happen. You also asked a vendor to come into the thread and for him to break our policies. This made users feel uncomfortable, and it seemed like a reasonable amount of time had passed without a link being posted as it had been three weeks since the thread was originally posted. As we said to you in our email, you are welcome to repost it when you've posted it for sale elsewhere.
Sometimes threads last for weeks without a listing because no one shows real interest. Or simply, we miss it. I do not work full time and I am the only forum moderator.
Multiple users reported your thread because it made them uncomfortable. If you have additional questions, please follow the rules and respond to me via email, as I will not be responding to combative threads and accusations on the forum again.
You quote only the Preloved policies, but there is an entire set of forum policies as well that you agreed to when you signed up, and you and vendors must abide by all of them. This is where some of the policies around vendors lie:

Hi NKC,
As I stated previously, please respond to my email if you wish for more clarification about your personal situation. Again, I ask that you re-read the policies, as we ask that users not discuss moderator actions on the forum, and that you understand that some situations are subject to judgement calls of the moderator.
Your tone seems like you feel that you've been wronged. As we did with you, we sent an email clarifying what policies were broken, why a thread was closed/removed, and offered for you to repost when those violations have been fixed. We did not ban you, or do anything punitive.
I've reinstated one of your posts above so you can re-read it and perhaps see why it feels combative to me. Questioning our integrity, implying that we created a new policy just to apply to you, and posting my personal email address on the forum are all a combative way to react to what was simply a request that you correct a violated policy.
@Ella Do I have your permission to post a screenshot of the rude and accusatory post from the PS member? If not, please feel free to remove it.
I don't think we should selectively post bits and pieces. We should either say all or remove all.
