Here are 3 stones meeting the size I need -- are they super super in term of cut?

http://www.whiteflash.com/diamonds/compare_diamonds.aspx?idnos=2231093,2231097,2231095

I will make a five-stone ring with them + two stones I already have.

TIA.
Hi Bluemoon

They all look good, the first ACA has slightly different proportions to those we normally see on an ACA so wouldn''t hurt to just check, its still a great diamond though.

What are your other two diamonds like, do you know they will be a good match with these?

Thank you so much , Yssie, Stone-cold11, lorelei. Could you help to look at crowb angle in the sarin report for the 2nd ACA stone -- 34.2-35.2%? will impact on perf? also if I use parameters in the sarin for HCA, it didn''t come out ex for the first 3 result.

My two other stones are GIA cert -- will they work together?

0.42cw G SI1 4.81-4.83x2.98mm, ex/ex/ex, table 55%, depth 61.8%, crown angle 35, pavillion angle 40.8.

0.48cw G SI2, 5.04-5.06x3.11mm, ex/ex/ex, table 54%, depth 61.6%, crown angle 34.5, pavillion angle 40.8.

BTW, I have one more loose stone which I need to find idea what to do :

0.65cw G VS2, 5.57-5.60x3.43mm, ex/ex/ex, table 55%, depth 61.4%, crown angle 34.5, pavillion angle 40.8.

Thanks.

These numbers and HCA scores are not needed once you have Idealscope images. Basically HCA is tabulated using idealscope images.

I am guessing you will be using the 0.48c for the center, the 0.42c with the 0.41c for the next 2 adjacent stones and the other 2 the last? Should be fine from the diameter and promising the angles.

All these stones are pretty well cut. No idea what to do with the last stone though. :P

Its fine, Sarin numbers often vary but the AGS numbers are the ones of authority, plus no need to worry about the CHA when you have images as they always trump any HCA score ( the HCA is used for rejection not selection anyway).

The other diamonds look good. With your larger stone, maybe that would make a great pendant to go with the new ring.

Yes, that is the arrangement I am thinking.

Lorelei and stone-cold11, thanks for your quick response and sharing your knowledge. I have not looked at stones for long time. I will have my SA to check eye-clean etc. for me.
