Aside from jewelry, what are some of your favorite Costco products? Especially foods? I'm always looking to try and explore new Costco products. I love pretty much everything they sell!
 
it's out of the way so i don't make it there often but i'll typically get dog food & protein powder, and i'll check the health and beauty aisle - the stuff changes often but you sometimes find cool things there. oh and the rotisserie chicken :lol:
 
I know it would sound very silly, however, I LOVE their hot dogs that they serve at their fast food restaurants. I always have one whenever I visit a Costco, be it in UK, Canada or USA.

Hot freshly roasted rotisserie chicken, huge, juicy, delicious, and only $5.
Dried organic mangos, no sugar or preservatives.
Kirkland Apple Smoked Master Carved Ham, no bone, little fat, super cheap.
Kirkland Fresh Mozzarella.
Jose's Colombian Supremo Coffee, whole bean - the cheapest and best coffee I've ever had.
Nature's Path Organic pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola.
Box of frozen Morley's Marinated Wild Caught salmon, 6 fillets, 30 ounces.
T A Artisan baby romaine lettuce heads, under $3 for 6 heads, it's sweeter than regular larger heads of romaine.
 
We like buying our meats from Costco, the chicken pot pie, and prepared meals are quite good too!
 
I wish there is a Costco nearer to me - there are two which are about 50 miles from where I live!

I have a lot of favorites:
Wonton Noodle Soup (in their frozen section)
Brie
smoked salmon
Frozen Tilapia filets
Broccoli Salad
Soups (crab and corn chowder, broccoli cheese)
 
Street tacos (ready made dinner, heat and eat), wine: box cab, monster pack of trash bags, Normandy mix frozen vegetables. Sirloin burgers.

The "just bare" chicken "nuggets", the red meat, so fresh. I buy a big pack and freeze steaks individually. Kirkland generic medicines, zyrtec, ibuprofen, and so on. Tres leches cake. Trash bags. Yogurt. Beer, wine, and liquor (if they have it attached, best prices anywhere). Snack foods, clothing, random seasonal items, coffee, gas for the car. Given their excellent return policy there's nothing I WOULDN'T buy.
 
IDK if the products are the same across all costcos, but some of my favourites:
-Dill pickle salad
-Kalettes
-Zinetti's lasagna (frozen)
-parmesan (the large chunks, not the pre-shredded)

I've had their Champagne. You?:)):appl: The prices at their liquor stores are great.
 
I like their sirloin tips...great for cookouts.

Our closest Costco is almost walking distance from my house but I stay away from the place....too much temptation. I would always leave spending more than planned due to impulse buys.

I've only been there a couple of times in recent years and the weekend lines have gotten crazy. I take one look at the line and leave.

I do wish ours would add a gas station.

My husband is a list shopper so he goes to pick up the stuff we buy in bulk (toilet paper, paper towels, etc..). Plus he gets off work earlier so can go during the week.
 
The Jones Chicken Sausages are really good. (freezer)
 
Organic brocolli, Chameleon cold brew coffee concentrate, fair trade organic allergy friendly chocolate, and most all the organic fruit in season
 
Organic ground beef, Bakery items, Chicken legs, fresh (ha, just unfrozen) packs of Tilapia which I separate into three Ziploc freezer bags, frozen burger patties, all breads, nutbutters, bagged cut fresh broccoli, salad mixes which I add to sandwiches, use as salad, or sauté and use with other meats. Seasonal berries, seasonal watermelon, trash bags, laundry and dishwashing soap Kirkland brand, frozen veggies, frozen kid's foods like pizza and chicken strips, Hearing aids and audiology service plus hearing aid batteries (killer deal!) Prescription glasses, pillows, kid's jackets, husband's shorts, adult sized socks, coffee. I avoid the candy/chip/sodas. Once I purchased a beautiful 4 stone floral arranged peridot 14kwg pendant with lovely chain that I wore for two yrs but returned to fund a lively light green sapphire from MCG. I half regret it since I have not set the gem though I still love it. It needs a proper home that I cannot buy it yet.

This list may seem overkill but since it is the lowest price for best quality for everything we use monthly they all are my favorite!
 
The only thing that’s not cheaper here in the UK is the booze. Often supermarket prices are a lot cheaper than Costco.

The absolutely best thing in Costco here are the mince pies at Christmas. They’re fantastic, but huge! Instead of pastry top and bottom, they use a pastry base, then the mincemeat, then a layer of light as air sponge :twirl:
 
I love everything at Costco. What don't they have. Their fresh organic salad at an amazing price. Their organic fruit. Their heated packets for my gloves and boots.

There really isn't anything that isn't my favorite at Costco. Costco doesn't sell everything but what they do sell is (IMO) the tops.

Greg loves the Costco pastries. Ruggalah, muffins to name two. They bake them fresh on the premises and I do not know how they do it at that price. Greg says it would cost more to bake it at home. Their prices are crazy good and their baked goods are delicious.


As my BIL enjoys saying...we are going broke saving money at Costco. Hahaha.

Oh and let's not forget their diamond lighting....swoon!

I keep thinking if I should apply for membership, as I can save the equivalent of an annual individual membership fee or more on just one shop at Christmas!

My mum has a membership card and she loves Costco. She would go on her own to buy whatever she could carry as often as she could, and refuses to use one of those small trolleys on wheels as they are for old people - she is 82! :roll2::lol-2:

Kirkland pre-cooked bacon.... so terrible but so convenient!
I also love their make up remover wipes.
And the quinoa salad.

It’s definitely worth it IMO. We get money back at the end of the year based on a percentage of our Costco spending and it is way more than the cost of membership.
